Boost PageSpeed to 90+ Score

My single-page WordPress site was recently redesigned and now looks great, yet it still lags on Google PageSpeed Insights. I need every metric—Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO—to score 90 or above on both mobile and desktop.

Here’s the challenge:
• It is a one-pager running several essentials: a contact-form plugin, an SEO plugin and light e-commerce functionality. All three must stay fully operational after your optimisations.
• I’m open to any proven techniques—image optimisation (WebP, lazy-load), code minification, critical-CSS extraction, caching layers, server-level tweaks, CDN integration, database clean-up, you name it—as long as the end result reigns supreme in PageSpeed.
• No visual or functional regressions are acceptable; the new design must remain pixel-perfect.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Google PageSpeed Insights tests performed by you in front of me (screen share or video) show ≥ 90 on all four parameters for both mobile and desktop.
2. Contact forms, SEO settings and e-commerce elements function exactly as before.
3. You provide a brief hand-off note explaining the key changes, plugins or snippets added, so I can maintain the gains long-term.
