Boost Job Board's DR with Backlinks

My job board, an established platform with over 1250 listings, is in need of a professional to increase its Domain Rating (DR). Although the site is 15 years old and original, its DR is low. This project requires acquiring quality backlinks from other high DR job boards through directory submissions on general job boards.
The job board directories should have at least a 25DR PLUS have traffic of at least 1k visits
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in acquiring backlinks through directory submissions.
- A deep understanding of general job boards.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.

- I do not have existing contacts at these general job boards.
- The aim is to raise the DR rating of my job board by increasing the quantity and quality of its backlinks.
