Blogger with SEO experience Needed for USA Dental Websites

We have 10 different Dental/Orthodontist websites in the USA and we need to find a blogger with SEO experience to write blogs each month for each of the different websites.
You must have perfect english writing capabilities, be an excellent writer, know SEO and be able to post a blog up on a wordpress website.
Each month:
1. We will Assign you a blog to write by giving you the subject of the blog and what locations to highlight in the blog.
2. You will write 10 different blogs ranging from 500-1000 words
3. You will upload the blogs onto a wordpress website
4. You will add in 2-3 different graphics/photos into each blog
5. You will add SEO to each blog through using H1, H2, saving photo names, and internal and external linking.
Please send me your best price to write 10 blogs each month and pricing for 500 and 1000 words as well as to do all 5 of the steps above AND links to other blogs you have written.. If you have experience writing for a dentist that would be a huge plus.
