Blog Designer/Troubleshooter

I am looking for someone who can manage the technical aspects of a Blogger blog. This person would be available to troubleshoot Blogger, work with design changes, help with Google updates, and more, as needed. This person would have outstanding communication skills, self-directed and motivated, and want to see me succeed as a blogger. This person would be proud to have their name associated with my blog. I would be responsible for all content, photos, etc., but this person would know SEO, best practices for Blogger, and anything and everything to do with Google.
