Bilingual VA for YouTube Automation Company

We are hiring a bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish / English) for a long-term role inside our YouTube automation company.

You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, since you will communicate internally in Spanish and handle channel operations, content workflows, prompts, documents, and platform tasks in English.

This role is for someone highly organized, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across automated YouTube channels. You will help oversee and manually execute parts of the production workflow when needed.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing content workflows for multiple YouTube channels
• Organizing scripts, assets, prompts, folders, and production status
• Uploading and formatting content across different platforms
• Reviewing outputs and checking that each step follows the system correctly
