Backlink virtual assistant (full time)

We are looking for 1-2 reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join us full-time. You will help build strong local visibility for a Swedish construction company by manually creating high-quality backlinks.

You’ll work 40 hours per week following structured routines and methods provided by us. This job is ideal for someone looking for long-term growth, stability, and the chance to build deep SEO expertise with daily support and guidance.

What you will do
• Create 10–15 dofollow backlinks for each of our 160 monthly local articles
• Follow our approved methods only – currently 25+ step-by-step strategies
• Use only white-hat, manual backlink methods
• Focus on local SEO – Swedish directories, article reposts, PDF sharing, blog networks, web 2.0 etc.

• Examples of methods you’ll use:
• Blogger, WordPress, Wix, Weebly blogs
• SlideShare, Issuu, Yumpu (PDF backlinks)
• Google Sites and microsites
• Medium, Tumblr, Substack, Write.as
• Google Business Profile updates
• Keep track of all live links and report broken or lost ones
• Help suggest relevant backlink opportunities that match our criteria
• Use ChatGPT when instructed to speed up parts of the routine work

What we are NOT looking for
• No SEO packages
• No agencies
• No bulk link building, bots or mass outreach
• No PBNs, AI-generated spam, Fiverr-style delivery
• No outsourced teams – this is a job for one person only

We are building a long-term role with structure and support, not a quick-fix.

You should have
• Experience in manual link building and content reposting
• Understanding of local SEO and what makes a quality link
• Ability to follow strict processes and naming structures
• Fluent written English
• Patience, attention to detail and a responsible work ethic
• Basic knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, MonitorBacklinks, or SE Ranking (a plus)
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Notion, and task boards
• Ability to work full-time and focus on just this job

• Compensation: Entry salary 300 usd with 50% increase when you showcase you are independent and can do quality work.
