Backlincking for Arabic site

I am in need of an experienced freelancer to help me with a project involving backlinking my Arabic site. The current domain authority of my site is 0 , so I will need somebody who knows how to create backlinks for a new site. I would like all of the backlinks to be sourced from Arabic language websites in gym and nutration fields, as this is what best suits my needs. I am only looking for around 10 high quality backlinks, any more than that might be overkill for my site at this current stage.
