We are looking for an experienced professional to implement an automated system that will notify our hotel management team in real time when critical negative reviews are posted across multiple online platforms, including Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Booking.com. This system will help us stay on top of customer feedback, allowing us to address issues promptly and maintain a positive reputation.
Responsibilities:
Set up automated alerts for negative reviews based on predefined criteria (e.g., star ratings, specific keywords).
Configure alerts to notify the appropriate management team members immediately via email or through a dashboard.
Integrate the alert system with existing review platforms like Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Booking.com.
Provide training on how to adjust alert settings based on evolving review criteria and needs.
Ensure that the system is scalable and can handle a growing number of review platforms as needed.
Skills Required:
Experience in review management tools and platforms (Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.).
Knowledge of automated alerts setup, API integrations, and notifications systems.
Strong communication skills to work with our team for ongoing adjustments and maintenance.
Previous experience working with hotels, restaurants, or similar businesses is a plus.
