Role Overview
We’re hiring a Content Head / Editorial Manager to run our editorial machine: manage writers, uphold standards, and ship high-volume, high-clarity stories on schedule.

What you’ll do
• Own the editorial calendar and daily publishing cadence
• Manage 2–3 writers and 1 video creator; enforce quality & deadlines
• Edit/proof AI & tech articles for clarity, voice, and accuracy
• Optimize for SEO (RankMath/SurferSEO) and publish in WordPress
• Track performance (GA4/Search Console) and iterate on what works
• Collaborate on workflows/automation with engineering and leadership

Requirements
• 2+ years managing or editing digital content teams
• Strong editing judgment and clean written English
• Comfortable with WordPress, Google Docs, Grammarly, Notion, ChatGPT (SurferSEO a plus)
• Solid understanding of SEO and online publishing workflows
• Genuine curiosity about AI/tech and the ability to explain it clearly

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required. Demonstrated skill > credentials.

Terms
• Full-time, remote (Africa-based preferred)
• ₦400,000–₦600,000/month + performance bonuses as we scale
• Long-term role with growth path to Editorial Director
