App Creation quote enquiry

I am trying to get quotes for both turn around times and costs for creation of an app.
- We will provide between 12-16 screenshots of the App layout 10 will be simple pages asking
questions the proceed to the next page. But there will also be Home/ profile / chat pages.
The lay out will be provided but will require
- A matching algorith for individuals who have anwsered similar questions.
- Using a phones location to map where there from.
- Using facebook to authenticate individuals
- A group chat function similar to Watsapp.
The layout / functuality would be similar to Tinder/Bumble.
Please provide an approximate costing / time scale you would expect to create this app.
What additional information would you want prior to proceed.
