Analyze Competitors Site - Figure Out His SEO Strategy - Duplicate

I have a few competitors who are making my life miserable. Maybe only 6 actually. One in particular is killing me in the rankings. He's not better than me but if my site doesn't get seen, I will not get the jobs. When my site is seen, he will NEVER get the jobs. So yeah, we have a problem. I have been tracking his content and have a fairly good idea of what he's doing but don't know exactly how to emulate it. He is lazy and I know he doesn't work hard at his SEO. But he knows how to manipulate google and has been beating me for years and nobody has been able to get me results. I have spent many weeks analyzing things and have quite a bit of data. I need someone to work WITH me to get the same results as this competitor and then multiply the results. I know for a fact that this guy is lazy and cheap. So I know that what he is doing is not that hard and not that expensive. But that doesn't mean I am not willing to pay someone who can DEFINITELY figure this out and share these findings with me. I have done a LOT of research already and will share EVERYTHING i have with you. But I am tired of the regular old SEO that everyone is trying. Once I show you this guys site, you will understand that he is doing NONE OF THAT. And he's been doing it for years and no problems from google. SO DO NOT try and sell me some old SEO bullshit because I'm not interested. I want YOU to ANALYZE this ONE main competitor and DUPLICATE his strategy, period. If you're not interested in THAT, DO NOT respond. I know my competition and I know who is beating my ass in the rankings. THAT'S who we need to imitate, period. Interested?? Get in touch. So, you will come up with a step by step process that we can duplicate to get the same results as my competitor.
I already have a fairly good idea of what he is doing, but just not sure HOW to implement it. If you are legitimate, I will hire you on a regular basis to completely dominate the rankings in my niche...forever! Thanks.
