Analyze Competitor Site and SEO - And Teach Me how to beat him!

I have one main competitor in the same trade as me. He's really my only competitor. He was a WP designer and scammer before he got into my trade. Now he's killing me in the rankings. Had a company recently rebuild my website and they kinda screwed some things up. Forgot to use old url's, made typo's in new site url's and then submitted to google, etc. My rankings are worse than they've ever been in 15 years. Figured I better learn how to fix this stuff.
So I started looking at my competitors site in seobility, which I have a 30 day subscription to. Gave me quite a lot of insight into what he's doing. Starting to realize meta isn't all that important. He has good content and some very strange way, to me, of structuring his website. He ranks high for a lot of keywords and is destroying me in the SERPS.
What would it cost for someone to analyze his site and SEO and then teach me? I'm not completely illiterate with WP but don't understand stuff like js and css. I can drap and drop and know enough to be dangerous! I'm thinking 10-20 hours of one on one thru skype to show me how to beat this guy at his own game. I have no idea what something like this is worth but English is my first language so I would prefer someone with excellent english. Anybody interested in something like this? I'm a very fast learner but too impatient to start from the beginning! Hope this project will appeal to the right person. Thanks for taking the time to ready my post.
