Amazon FBA expert in the Adult category

I am looking for an expert in knowledge and operation of Amazon´s policy for word and content restriction on a product, specifically for the health and sexuality niche which is usually very affected in these issues.

I want to sell a product in the category of sex toys, first on Amazon Europe and then on amazon USA, but I see that there is a lot of difficulty to position these products because they do not let you rank with certain words.
It is difficult to appear in Amazon's organic search engine with the most key words and PPC campaigns are forbidden.

I am looking for someone who knows very well the internal policy for these products, the difference of policies about these products in the different markets and who knows the future trend that this market may have, and also sought advice on how to position my product, with all these drawbacks.
