Adding our Business to Directories and Creating Citations for Local SEO

We are looking for someone who has experience in Local SEO to help boost our business ranking locally on Google My Business using directories and citations. Once the Local SEO has been done we then want to move onto SEO for the whole of the UK.
This a long term task and I am looking for someone who can work long term and bring expertise to our team. We are looking for an Individual and not a team.
