AWS CloudFront Domain Redirect Configuration

We are looking for an experienced AWS professional to help us set up a redirect for a domain currently routed through CloudFront.

Here’s the current situation:

The domain’s A record is pointed to a CloudFront distribution.

We have taken down the existing CloudFront distribution, which previously served content from a separate source.

Now, we want to configure a clean and permanent redirect so that any traffic to this domain is forwarded to another website (different URL).

What we need:

Review the current Route 53 and CloudFront setup.

Set up an S3 bucket or other appropriate method to serve as the redirect target.

Create a new CloudFront distribution to handle the redirect.

Update the necessary DNS settings (if needed) to point to the new distribution.

Ensure proper SSL/HTTPS support, redirection logic, and test functionality.
