AEO/SEO addon for our websites

We need you to develop an add-on tool for our industry that will be used in conjunction with our websites. We shall own all the work you will develop. It shall be a combination of AHREFS, Writesonic & ConsumableAI type services (these are generic tools , while we need one specific for our controls, automation industry. Please visit these sites before responding. Include some reasonable time for training our folks about your work (so we can maintain) & warranty for 3 months after final acceptance, deployment. No upfront. Final payment after warranty period is over. Use industry standard practices during development work. The budget price given here is placeholder only, so submit your best bid with delivery time. Also, share the technologies you will use & any expectations from us. Submit any questions or exceptions with 1st response. Your response to this insertion shall be with assumption that you have bid after fully reading, understanding & comply with all of our conditions & you are hungry for this work. Due to abundant use of AI, BOTS in 1st response for submitting fake responses, we request you to abstain from using any.
We shall share more specific details in future PM here & a revised bid will be expected from you (around 10 % of margin of your current bid). This is an exploratory attempt to shortlist potential candidates for us.
It will be fixed price work after scope defined in mutual collaboration.
No AI or BOT use during our collaboration phase - no exceptions. No payment for scope definition. For actual development of tool, use of AI is OK & encouraged.
