Web page writer need initial copy for first of 3 websites -- 2

I'm starting a boutique business design company, services to assist and support your launch.
I need the web page content to be written.
I'd like to keep the content simple and brief, while warm and conversational using a story method. I've attached a copy of the Story Brand website model I've used to write out my bullet points for this site.
I'd like to be final on this text about one week after the award, plus have you be available for any add ons and changes when we build the site, immediately after. (that can be an additional project(s), fixed or hourly, we can decide that later). Note: there is an additional landing page you might want to pull info from.
Also, let me know if you are available for the next 2 sites that will follow this one
