Persuasive Home Goods Descriptions
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Our online home–goods catalogue needs copy that convinces shoppers to click “Add to Cart.” The assignment is focused only on product descriptions, written in a persuasive, benefits-forward voice that matches the warm, approachable feel of household items such as linens, organizers, décor accents, and kitchen essentials.
Scope of work
For every SKU I’ll supply photos, specs, and any existing marketing notes. Using that material:
• Write a 1–2 paragraph description (about 120 words) that highlights benefits, ideal use scenarios, and emotional appeal.
• Follow it with 3–5 bullet points calling out key features, materials, or care instructions.
Tone & style
Keep the language vivid yet straightforward, nudging the reader toward an easy buying decision without sounding pushy. Think “helpful friend who knows great products” rather than hard-sell copy. Natural keyword use for search inside the storefront is welcome, but clarity and persuasion come first.
Delivery & format
Send the finished copy in a clean Google Docs file (or Word if preferred) with each product clearly separated. I’ll review, leave comments, and request any tweaks needed to ensure consistency across the collection. Once approved, the copy will be uploaded directly to our platform.
If you have experience positioning home goods—or simply love turning product details into irresistible stories—this task should feel right at home.
