I need to keep my Amazon Merch on Demand account growing while I’m at my 9-to-5, so I’m bringing in a virtual assistant who can own the design pipeline from research to upload. The single most important piece for me is fresh, original graphic-style T-shirt designs; everything else—niche validation, trademark checks, SEO-rich titles and bullets, and weekly tracking—supports that core deliverable.

Here’s how I see the workflow:

• Each week you identify profitable yet low-competition niches, confirm they’re clean of trademarks, and pitch them to me for a quick thumbs-up.
• Once approved, you create eye-catching graphic designs in Canva, Kittl, or Photopea (whichever you’re strongest in) and mock them up at the correct 4500×5400 resolution.
• You write keyword-optimized titles, bullets, and back-end terms that follow Amazon Merch best practices and stay clear of brands, celebrities, lyrics, or restricted content.
• You log every design, keyword set, and royalty estimate in the tracking sheet I’ll share, then send me a concise end-of-week report so I always know what’s live and what’s next.

Acceptance criteria for each batch:
1. 100 % original artwork—no stock elements that violate licensing, no recycled or copied concepts.
2. Trademark search screenshots saved for every phrase used.
3. PNG design file, mock-up JPG, and the completed listing text delivered together.
4. Spreadsheet updated and weekly report submitted by Sunday night.

We’ll start with a small paid test: two niches, three designs each. Send over a few samples of your previous Merch uploads (or similar POD work), a short note on the tools you prefer, and your rate structure. If the test goes smoothly, this will turn into a long-term partnership with consistent weekly targets.
