I run SmartGear, a New Zealand e-commerce store, and I need a thorough look under the hood of our organic search performance. The brief is simple: examine every angle—on-page, off-page and technical—then hand back a clear, prioritised roadmap that shows exactly what’s holding us back and how to fix it.
Here’s what I expect by the end of the engagement (Start : ASAP , deadline: within one month):
• A detailed audit document covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, content relevancy, keyword targeting, backlink profile, anchor text distribution and any spam or toxic links.
• Screenshots or exports from tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush or similar to back up each finding.
• An action plan assigning high, medium and low priority to every issue, with recommended fixes I can hand straight to my dev or content team.
If you spot quick-win optimisations you can implement safely during the audit window, flag them and we can discuss. My main objective, though, is to surface every blocker to organic growth so I can move forward with confidence.
If we are satisfied with the work, there is opportunity to work with us ongoing monthly basis.
