Set Up Trust Pilot & import reviews from FreeIndex site

Good afternoon, we are looking for somebody who could set up our trust pilot account and import our reviews from other sites so they are all in one place. We have never registered with trust pilot but it seems we have a fictitious review on trust pilot and it says our business has been claimed and the contact email address is SEOpinkpassenger.co.uk which is not one of our legitimate email addresses so we're not too sure what is going on there. Hoping somebody can help.
