I run a post-operative care and massage business and my existing website needs a full performance makeover, with the emphasis squarely on SEO. The visual design and layout can stay largely as they are; what matters to me is how the site performs in search engines and, by extension, how easily new clients can find my services online.

Here’s what I need:

• Keyword optimisation across all key pages, including titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and internal linking.
• A clear, sustainable backlink-building plan that fits a local health-and-wellness niche (no spammy links).
• Content quality improvement—tightening existing copy so it reads naturally while still aligning with the chosen keywords, plus guidance on any additional content that will strengthen authority.

Acceptance criteria
• Noticeable lift in targeted keyword rankings within the first reporting cycle.
• Clean on-page reports (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or similar) showing critical issues resolved.
