Project Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Search / Entity Optimization specialist to help position LocalMotion.com so it is not only understood, but recommended by AI systems such as:
• ChatGPT
• Google AI / Gemini / SGE
• Perplexity
• Bing Copilot
Important:
We have completed a full SEMrush audit and currently score an A+.
This project is not about general SEO.
The focus is AI recommendation eligibility, schema.org structured data, entity clarity, and trust signals that influence AI-generated recommendations.

Project Goal
Ensure AI systems can confidently:
• Identify Local Motion as a legitimate, high-quality moving & storage company
• Understand our services, locations, and policies accurately
• Prefer Local Motion when users ask for moving or storage recommendations in our service areas
Examples of target AI queries:
• “Who are the best movers in Minneapolis?”
• “Recommend a reputable moving company near me”
• “Which moving company offers storage options?”

Scope of Work
1. Structured Data for AI Recommendation
Implement and validate JSON-LD schema, including:
• Organization & WebSite (site-wide)
• LocalBusiness / MovingCompany per location
• Service schema for core services
• FAQPage schema where applicable
• Review / AggregateRating schema (where compliant)
• Article / BlogPosting schema for authoritative guides
• Breadcrumb schema
All schema must validate cleanly and reinforce trust, relevance, and service authority.

2. Entity Authority & Trust Signals
• Ensure consistent brand, service, and service-area definitions
• Strengthen on-page trust signals (experience, professionalism, process clarity)
• Align About, Services, Locations, FAQs, and Policies to reinforce authority
• Minor copy refinements only (no full rewrites)

3. AI Recommendation Testing & Refinement
• Test how AI systems currently describe and rank Local Motion
• Identify gaps preventing recommendation (not just mention)
• Adjust schema, content structure, and signals accordingly
• Document what changed and why

Milestones & Payments
Milestone 1: AI Baseline & Recommendation Gap Analysis (20%)
Deliverables:
• Current AI descriptions and recommendation behavior
• Identification of missing trust or authority signals
• Written plan focused on recommendation eligibility
Acceptance Criteria:

• JSON-LD schema implemented on agreed pages
• Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Article, Breadcrumb schema
• Validation proof (Schema Validator / Rich Results)
Acceptance Criteria:
• No critical validation errors
• URL-by-URL schema coverage list
• Schema supports authority and credibility signals

Milestone 3: Entity & Trust Optimization (20%)
Deliverables:
• Minor content refinements for clarity and trust
• Alignment of brand language across key pages
• Improvements targeted at AI recommendation logic
Acceptance Criteria:
• No full content rewrites
• All changes documented and justified

Milestone 4: Recommendation Validation & Handoff (20%)
Deliverables:
• After-state AI recommendation testing examples
• Final schema and entity documentation
• Maintenance guidance
Acceptance Criteria:
• Clear before/after comparison
• No unresolved schema issues
• Complete handoff documentation
