Automated Google Review Responder
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a compact service that listens for every new Google Business review I receive and immediately posts a professional-sounding reply. The system must distinguish between positive, negative and neutral feedback, then choose the correct category of response:
• Thank-you messages for positive reviews
• Apology-focused messages for negative reviews
• A neutral, generic reply when the sentiment is unclear
All texts have to be fully customizable. I want to keep a library of templates, edit them on the fly and insert customer-specific details such as their name, star rating or product mentioned.
You are free to code in Python, Node.js or any language that works cleanly with the Google Business Profile API. A lightweight dashboard or a simple JSON/YAML file I can update will satisfy the customisation requirement, as long as I don’t have to touch the code each time I tweak wording.
Acceptance criteria
• Connects to my Google account with proper OAuth and pulls new reviews in real time or at short intervals
• Detects review sentiment accurately enough to pick one of the three response groups above
• Posts the chosen reply back to the review without hitting Google’s rate limits
• Lets me edit, add or remove response templates myself and keeps the overall tone professional
If you already have experience with Google My Business integrations, sentiment analysis libraries or platforms like Zapier/Make, please mention it—speed of deployment is important to me.
