We are a debt collection company (DMC)
The project is to set up Sendgrid to more fully use their features, campaign management, AB testing and analytics/reporting.
Our Proprietary CRM is currently integrated to the SendGrid API and we are currently sending and receiving mails via this route. Approx 50,000 pm.
Require someone with experience in working within the SendGrid system functionality
Will involve figuring out how to best apply existing SendGrid features to our use case
Then setting up an operating model
Then training a user on our side to take over
