SendGrid & Mailgun Warm-Up Setup
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m ready to spin up five new SendGrid accounts and five new Mailgun accounts, but I need an experienced email-deliverability specialist to guide the entire process and leave me with ten rock-solid senders.
Here’s what I expect:
• Register and verify the ten domains for me, then connect each one to its corresponding SendGrid or Mailgun profile.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records correctly the first time—no shortcuts or generic keys.
• Plan and execute a gradual warm-up schedule that supports both transactional and marketing traffic without triggering spam filters.
• Track inbox placement, IP and domain reputation, bounce rates, and complaint metrics while the volume ramps.
• Keep me updated with brief progress reports and any corrective actions you take along the way.
• Hand over fully stabilized accounts, including a summary of settings, warm-up data, and maintenance tips so I can continue scaling safely.
Proven experience with SendGrid, Mailgun, and reputation monitoring tools is essential. If you’ve successfully nursed new IPs to healthy sender scores before, I’d like to rely on your expertise.
