1,000-Recipient Promotional Email Blast

I’m ready to send a single promotional offer to a list of exactly 1,000 addresses that I already own. The copy and images are prepared; what I need is someone who can load the list, drop the content into a polished pre-designed template, and push the campaign through a reputable ESP with strong deliverability. Mailchimp, Sendinblue, SendGrid, Brevo or a similar platform are all acceptable as long as you can authenticate the domain, handle basic list hygiene, and remain fully compliant with CAN-SPAM/GDPR.

Please outline:
• the platform you’ll use and why you trust it for a send of this size
• your past experience running promotional campaigns (bounce rates, open rates, any inbox placement tactics you follow)
• the total cost to complete the send, including any credits or sender fees the platform may require

Timeline is tight—I’d like the blast out within three days of contract.
