Yahoo Ads/DSP Account & Campaign Setup

We need a freelancer to set up or configure our Yahoo Ads / Yahoo DSP account and properly set up one exploratory Yahoo Native or Display campaign/listing for our free pouch offer. Scope includes account setup, one campaign or line item, one native/display ad, creative upload, landing URL and UTMs, basic targeting, budget settings, policy/compliance review before launch, and a brief screenshot handoff. Experience with Yahoo DSP, Yahoo Native/Display Ads, programmatic display, line items, creative specs, tracking pixels, UTM tracking, and restricted supplement/product categories preferred. Please quote a flat project fee only - no hourly bids.
