Toxic Backlink Cleanup for Swedish Domain

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to perform a complete toxic backlink cleanup for our domain:

This project is strictly focused on cleaning, analyzing, correcting, and stabilizing the existing backlink profile. No new linkbuilding is included.
What the project includes:
• Full backlink audit using Google Search Console + SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Classification of all backlinks (Toxic, Suspicious, Neutral, Relevant)
• Identification of PBN networks, spam anchors, automated link schemes, irrelevant foreign domains, and sitewide links
• Detection of unnatural link patterns, over-optimized anchors, and link velocity spikes
• Manual removal attempts (webmaster outreach with documentation)
• Manual removal of harmful links where possible (directories, profiles, blogs, bookmarks, etc.)
• Creation of a domain-level disavow file
• Submission of the disavow file to Google Search Console after our approval
• Anchor text profile audit
• Link velocity and historical link growth audit
• Identification of valuable links that must remain
• Identification of toxic IP networks and spam clusters
• Brand hijacking and duplicate listing verification
• Analysis of backlinks pointing to outdated or 404 URLs and recommendations for corrections
• 30-day follow-up monitoring after the cleanup
• Delivery of a complete final report covering all work
