Project Title: SEO Specialist Needed — Local SEO, Technical SEO & Reporting (Long-Term)

About the Project:
Dashient is a UK-based Digital Growth Agency. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist for ongoing monthly work supporting our UK SME clients.

This is a long-term contract, not a one-off project. We need someone reliable who can commit to consistent UK working hours.

Monthly deliverables:
- Local SEO & Google Business Profile management
- Technical SEO audits (HTML, schema, Core Web Vitals)
- On-page optimisation & keyword research
- Monthly performance tracking & client reporting

Skills required:
- Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console & GA4
- Advanced on-page & local SEO knowledge
- Clear written KPI reporting

Essential requirements:
- Professional British English, written & spoken — zero errors tolerated
- Bangladesh-based | Mon–Sat | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time
- Long-term availability only

Budget: ~$225 USD/month (fixed)
