Google Spam Cleanup & Indexing

My Search Console is flagging a major “Pure Spam” problem. I can already see some toxic domains pointing at my site, but the list is incomplete and the issue is now affecting how many pages stay in Google’s index. I need an experienced link-clean-up specialist to step in, locate every harmful backlink, prepare an accurate disavow file, and guide the reconsideration process until the penalty is lifted and normal indexing resumes.
Here is what I expect from you:
• Run a full backlink audit using tools such as Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar.
• Expand the partial list I have, separating truly spammy links from neutral ones.
• Build and submit the disavow file, then re-submit it if Google requests adjustments.
• Provide concise progress updates and a final report that shows the penalty cleared and affected pages returning to the index.
Acceptance will be based on Google removing the spam warning and crawl/index stats trending back to normal.
