I run six separate websites and need a single partner who can manage their SEO month-to-month. My top requirement is accountability: at the end of every month I expect a clear, easy-to-read report outlining what was done, the results you measured, and the next-month action plan. If the report isn’t delivered, payment for that period will not be released—no exceptions.

The work itself must go far beyond link building. Each month you will:

• Run a full SEMrush audit on every site, flagging and fixing technical and on-page errors.
• Perform fresh site-wide scans to catch issues early—broken links, speed bottlenecks, indexing problems, schema errors, etc.
• Build smart, relevant backlinks only after on-page health is solid, keeping anchor text natural and sources reputable.
• Compile and send the monthly report that shows audit scores, key metrics (traffic, rankings, crawl stats), links acquired, work completed, and priorities for the following month.

All websites run on standard WordPress setups with common SEO plugins (Yoast/Rank Math), so familiarity there helps.
