Data Scraping Specialist Needed for EstimateOne.
Awarded Projects Extraction

Overview

I run a painting company based in Victoria, Australia, and most of our work comes from awarded construction projects listed on EstimateOne.com

I’m looking for a reliable data-scraping specialist who can log into my EstimateOne account (credentials provided) and extract all relevant project and builder contact details from the Awarded Projects section.

This is not a development role.
I don’t need a custom scraper built. I just need someone who can collect the data, automate the process on their end, or use their own tools to gather everything and deliver it cleanly.



✓ Scope of Work

After logging into my EstimateOne account, I need you to pull the following details for each awarded project: (video demonstration attached)

Builder company name

Contact person / project manager

Phone number

Project name

Project address

Date awarded

Estimated project cost

Any other contact details shown

If the project includes PDF documents, download them and extract the relevant fields




Deliverables

1. A complete dataset in both CSV and Excel (.xlsx) formats


2. Clearly organized columns for every data field


3. Clean and correct phone numbers


4. No duplicate entries
