Yad2 Rental Landlord Scraper

I need a repeatable script that will crawl Yad2’s rental section and return a clean, deduplicated list of every private landlord currently advertising Apartments, Houses or Commercial properties. For each landlord I want the visible contact information—the phone number that appears when the “show phone” button is clicked and any email address displayed in the ad—captured alongside the basic ad URL so I can trace the source later.

The solution can be in Python; Selenium, Playwright or another headless-browser approach is fine as long as it reliably loads dynamic content and bypasses the site’s click-to-reveal phone protection. Please keep the code readable and include clear instructions on how to run it again in the future.

Deliverables
• A runnable script (with requirements.txt)
• A CSV or Excel file containing one row per landlord with columns: property type, ad URL, phone number, email

I will consider the job complete once the script runs on my machine without manual tweaks and the file contains every active listing that meets the criteria on the day of execution.
