Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced freelancer or data migration specialist to scrape products and category structures from the official Warhammer website and import them into my WooCommerce store.
This project requires high attention to detail, as the category hierarchy is deep and data must be pulled from two different regional versions of the source site (US for content, Italy for pricing).
Scope of Work
1. Category & Subcategory Structure Creation
You will need to replicate the exact category and subcategory structure for the following 9 main categories from the Italian Warhammer site:

Note on Depth: You must copy all nested subcategories. For example: Warhammer 40,000 → Space Marines → Black Templars / Blood Angels / Dark Angels, etc.
2. Product Scraping & Mapping
Every single product from these categories must be imported into WooCommerce and assigned to its correct final subcategory.
3. Cross-Region Data Merging
The data for each product must be combined from two different locales:
Content (English): Titles, descriptions, and high-resolution images must be scraped from the US website ([https://www.warhammer.com/en-US/home](https://www.warhammer.com/en-US/home)).
Pricing (Euro): Retail prices must be extracted from the Italian website ([https://www.warhammer.com/it-IT/home](https://www.warhammer.com/it-IT/home)).
4. Pricing Rules
Once imported into WooCommerce, you must apply a global pricing rule: All final product prices on my site must be set to a 25% discount off the scraped Italian retail price.
Payment & Quality Terms (Please Read Carefully)
I have already attempted this project with three different services. Two resulted in wasted time due to incompetence, and the third provided a very low-quality output filled with mapping errors.
Because of this, payment will only be released in full once the project is 100% complete and verified. I will thoroughly audit the categories, subcategories, product mappings, and discounted pricing. If you cannot deliver clean, accurate data, please do not apply.
How to Apply (Screening Questions)
Generic "Yes, sir, I can do this" proposals and obvious AI-generated copy-paste replies will be immediately rejected. To be considered, you must answer the following three questions directly:
Fixed Quote: What is your definitive, realistic price for the entire project? I will not renegotiate later (though a bonus is possible for flawless, timely execution).
Timeline: What is your realistic timeline for completion? (The absolute hard deadline is 30 days).
Language Proficiency: What is your level of English or Italian? Clear communication is vital for this project to avoid past misunderstandings.

Please note that this is not a one-off task. The freelancer who successfully completes this project with high quality will be hired for ongoing work.
