Windows Autoclicker for Athlete Poll

I need a small utility that automatically votes for the Pearl River nominee in the “Athlete of the Week” poll on lohud.com (link above). The script must run on my Windows laptop, locate the correct checkbox, tick it, submit the vote, pause about 20 seconds, refresh, and repeat until I stop it. No other option should ever be selected.

Any approach—Python + Selenium, AutoHotkey, Puppeteer, or similar—is fine as long as setup is light and the executable/script launches with a double-click.
