Website Usability & QA Testing
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
My website is almost ready for launch and now needs a usability-focused QA sweep that also covers functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser consistency. The build must perform flawlessly on Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, both desktop and mobile.
Usability testing is the highest priority, so every form, button, and interactive element should feel intuitive and work the first time. While you move through each page, please note any broken links, slow loads, layout shifts, or visual glitches. Desktop and mobile views must be checked side-by-side to ensure identical journeys regardless of screen size.
For each issue, capture a clear screenshot or short screen recording and log it under one of three severities—critical, major, or minor—so I can triage fixes efficiently. A concise report (spreadsheet, Notion doc, or similar) listing the steps to reproduce, expected behaviour, and actual behaviour will be perfect.
If you spot opportunities to streamline flows, clarify copy, or tidy up the UI, include a short recommendations section. These suggestions are optional but welcome.

• Structured bug report with severity tags
• Visual evidence (screenshots or brief videos) for every issue
• Summary of UX/UI improvement ideas
