Web Scraping Developer for Custom Scraper Fix
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are looking for a skilled and experienced web scraping developer to fix, improve, and align an existing scraper to our core scraping engine. The scraper is currently broken and requires a full fix along with proper integration into our stealth engine
We have a well-structured scraping engine with a custom stealth configuration already in place. We have a scraper that is not functioning correctly and needs to be diagnosed, fixed, and properly aligned with how our engine works. Full details about the specific platform and the exact issues will be shared.
What We Will Provide
Full source code of our existing scraping engine
Our current stealth configuration module
A detailed walkthrough of the issues and expected behavior
Expected output format for the data to be collected
What We Need You To Do
Review and understand our existing engine and stealth setup
Diagnose the current scraper and identify all points of failure
Fix the scraper and ensure it is fully aligned with our engine architecture
Improve stealth capabilities so the scraper runs reliably without being detected or blocked
Handle any browser-level challenges such as new windows, redirects, or dynamic content that may be causing issues
Deliver clean, tested, and well-commented code
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in web scraping and bot detection bypass
Strong knowledge of tools like Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium
Deep understanding of browser fingerprinting, stealth techniques, and session management
Ability to work within and extend an existing codebase rather than starting from scratch
Detail-oriented with clean coding habits
Applications without relevant examples of past scraping or bot bypass work will not be considered
Engagement
The scope is well-defined and will be fully explained at the start. We expect a clean, tested, and fully working solution upon delivery.
