Web QA Automation & Manual
Budget: ₹1,000 – ₹20,000 INR
I’m looking for someone who already has at least two years of solid experience combining automation with hands-on manual testing to help me tighten the quality of a customer-facing web application. The immediate target environment is Chrome, so every script and manual pass must run flawlessly there first; once that baseline is stable we can talk about expanding coverage to Firefox, Safari, or mobile variants.
Here’s what I need from you: design a concise test plan, write and maintain automated scripts (Selenium, Cypress, or a comparable WebDriver-based framework are all fine), and back them up with thoughtful exploratory and regression sessions. Each defect should arrive in my Jira board with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or video, and a quick severity assessment. I also expect a short weekly summary so we can track coverage and stability trends.
Deliverables
• Test plan outlining scope, data, and acceptance criteria
• Automation suite checked into our Git repo and runnable via GitHub Actions (or your suggested CI)
• Manual test results and defect logs with screenshots/video evidence
A clean build pipeline, reproducible tests, and actionable reporting will be the measures of success. If this mix of Chrome-first web QA and automation craftsmanship is exactly what you do every day, let’s talk timelines and get started.
