I am looking for an experienced developer to build a high-performance bot that monitors TLScontact appointment availability 24/7.

Requirements:
Monitor TLScontact appointment slots continuously (24/7).
Detect newly available appointments as quickly as possible.
Send instant notifications to a Telegram bot/channel when appointments become available.
Be optimized for speed and reliability.
Handle session management, CAPTCHA (if applicable and legally feasible), and website changes as robustly as possible.
Automatically recover from errors or connection issues and continue monitoring.
Support configuration for the TLScontact location and account(s) I specify.
Easy configuration and deployment (preferably Docker or a simple installation process).
Preferred Skills:
Python or Node.js
Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer
Telegram Bot API
Experience with web automation and monitoring systems
Proxy/IP rotation experience is a plus
