Senior QA Tester – AI SaaS

We are working on a AI-driven recruitment platform which will kickstart the development phase in about 02 weeks time. We need someone who can check every workflow, security gate, and performance target must be verified end-to-end on Windows desktops before we move to production phase. The development is expected for 15 weeks approx. and on a regular sprints. It is a multi tenancy SaaS platform with GDPR & ISO 27001 compliance standards.

Scope of work
• Functional testing – cover the full hiring journey: vacancy creation, screening automation, interview scheduling, analytics dashboards, admin controls, and role-based permissions.
• Security testing – probe authentication, data privacy, and multi-tenant isolation; include OWASP checks and verified remediation steps.
• Performance testing – stress-test high-volume candidate imports, concurrent recruiter sessions, and real-time AI scoring, profiling throughput and memory usage.

I expect someone who brings a decade or more of QA leadership and can operate autonomously: drawing up the test strategy, building and maintaining automated suites (Selenium / Playwright preferred), filing reproducible issues in Jira/similar tools, and signing off release candidates with clear go/no-go criteria.

Deliverables
1. Master test plan and schedule aligned to our sprint calendar.
2. Automated and manual test cases with traceability back to requirements.
3. Daily defect reports plus a consolidated exit report summarising coverage, open risks, and performance benchmarks.
4. A short hand-over guide so my internal team can continue running the suites post-launch.
