Senior QA Interviewer
Budget: ₹200 – ₹300 INR
I’m looking for a seasoned QA professional who can jump in as an external interviewer for my technology hires. The candidates you’ll screen work on web, mobile, and desktop applications, so you should have 6+ years hands-on experience testing all three and be able to probe their knowledge in manual testing as well as testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman, and Git
Here’s what I need from you:
• Create a focused question set that covers core QA concepts, test cases, manual, automation, front end and backend testing, API testing and database testing.
• Run a 30- to 45-minute video interview for each candidate .
• Submit a brief scorecard and hire/no-hire recommendation.
There are 5-6 candidates to be interviewed initially.
Only senior-level QA specialists (manual + automation) with prior interviewing experience should apply.
