Selenium Java POM Framework Build

Job ID: 40507170

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I need an end-to-end test automation framework in Java that follows the Page Object Model. I already have the functional test cases written, so the focus is on engineering a clean, maintainable framework and wiring in the right tooling.

Core scope
• Build Selenium-based flows that cover user login and registration, report generation and the supporting database automation pieces.
• Store and retrieve test data from a MySQL database; feel free to start with default settings—I will tune the connection details later.
• Integrate Extent Reports for rich HTML results and plug in Log4j2 for detailed, configurable logging.
• Keep the codebase modular and easy to extend; I should be able to add new page objects or data sets without touching existing logic.

Deliverables
1. Maven/Gradle project with source code, page objects, utilities and test suites.
2. Connection layer for MySQL with simple CRUD helpers.
3. Extent Report configuration producing a timestamped report per run.
4. Log4j2 XML or properties file with console and rolling-file appenders.
5. Read-me explaining how to set up, run and extend the framework.

Acceptance criteria
• All supplied test cases execute green against the latest Chrome and Firefox.
• Reports capture screenshots on failure.
• One-command execution from the terminal (e.g., mvn test or gradle test).

If this matches your expertise, let’s get it built.
