Rebuild & Speed Up a Web Interaction Flow

I need a developer who can help me rebuild the steps of a specific appointment-booking flow on a public government website, but in a faster and more stable way.
The goal is to:
Inspect how the website loads each step
Capture the required requests, headers, cookies, and tokens
Understand the sequence of actions needed to complete the appointment process
Recreate the same flow using direct HTTP requests instead of browser-based actions
Make the process faster and capable of running multiple attempts in parallel
Provide a clean and well-structured implementation
This is NOT for bypassing any security, the process is fully public.
I just need to automate the steps of choosing a date/time and submitting the form in an optimized way.
Looking for someone experienced in:
Browser DevTools (Network tab)
HTTP request analysis
Session & token handling
Multi-threading
Python or Node.js (preferred)
