Python Selenium Setup on Windows

I need assistance installing and configuring a Python environment on Windows to run my scripts via VBA.

Requirements:

- Python must work from the command line.
- Install and configure Selenium and GeckoDriver.
- Ensure a clean environment with everything installed from scratch.

Deliverable: A fully functional setup with scripts runnable from VBA.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and Windows
