Python Developer & Automation Expert

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in automating complex business processes across multiple systems, departments, and data sources. This is not a simple task-automation role — we need someone who can architect end-to-end automation solutions for multi-step, multi-condition business logic that spans several applications, databases, and platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background in Python, combined with practical experience in enterprise-grade automation, system integration, and process re-engineering. You should be comfortable taking a messy, manual, multi-department process and turning it into a robust, self-monitoring, automated pipeline.

Main tasks:

Analyze and re-engineer complex, multi-step business processes into automated systems
Design end-to-end automation architecture spanning multiple apps, APIs, and data sources
Build advanced Python automation scripts for logic too complex for no-code tools alone
Handle multi-system integrations (CRM, ERP, databases, cloud platforms, internal tools)
Implement conditional workflows, decision trees, and branching logic for real business rules
Automate cross-departmental data flows (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.)
Build custom middleware/connectors where off-the-shelf tools fall short
Design event-driven and scheduled automation pipelines with dependencies
Implement robust error handling, retries, rollback logic, and failure alerts
Set up logging, monitoring, and audit trails for compliance and traceability
Optimize automations for scalability, maintainability, and performance
Combine Python with platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate where appropriate
Deliver full technical documentation and process flow diagrams


Deliverables:

Fully documented Python codebase for core automation logic
Process flow diagrams mapping the full automated business process
Integrated, tested connections across all required systems/APIs
Monitoring and error-handling framework
Complete technical documentation and deployment guide
Handoff/training session (optional)

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience automating complex, multi-step business workflows — not just simple triggers
Strong background in Python development, make.com, n8n, other no-code tools, and systems architecture
Ability to independently analyze a business process and propose the right technical solution
Experience with enterprise tools (CRMs, ERPs, internal databases) a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and clear technical communication
