Python Developer: Advanced Social Media (Twitter/X) Workflow Automation & CRM Tool

I am looking for an experienced Python developer to build a high-end automation tool for managing communications on Twitter/X. The primary focus is on reliability, complex conditional logic, and maximum bypass of anti-bot systems.

Functional Requirements:

DM Management: The bot must process a list of users and analyze chat history:
If the last message is a link from the recipient: Click link -> Perform Retweet -> Return to DM -> Reply "Done" + our link.
Follow-up Logic: If our message was the last one and >7 days have passed, resend our link.
Stop-Limit: If the last 4 messages are our links without a reply, stop the process for this user and alert the manager.
Post-Process Activity: After finishing the list, automatically interact with the last 10 publications of a specific profile.
Parsing: (Optional/Discussion) Implementation of user parsing based on specific criteria.

Anti-Detection & Security (Crucial):

Framework: Playwright or Selenium with advanced stealth plugins.
Fingerprinting: Full spoofing of Canvas, WebGL, WebRTC, and AudioContext.
Human Emulation: Variable typing speed (char-by-char), random delays (3-8s), and non-linear mouse movements/scrolling.
Connectivity: Support for mobile proxies with rotation.
Session Management: Proper handling of cookies and tokens to allow manual session takeover if needed.

Error Handling & Alerts:

Anti-spam: If triggered, stop for 1-2 hours (randomized) and save current progress.
Captcha: Integration with 2Captcha/Anti-Captcha. If manual intervention is required, send a notification to the manager (Telegram/Email).

Requirements for the Developer:

Proven experience with Playwright-stealth and bypassing Cloudflare/social media filters.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code (no "spaghetti code").
Deep understanding of browser fingerprints and session persistence.
