Networking Device Functional Automation Tester

Project Overview:
I am currently working in the networking domain on a platform that provides admin users with a dashboard, logs, and diagnostic tools to help identify user behavior patterns and detect device anomalies. The platform supports the management and monitoring of networking devices such as switches and routers.
Role: Functional Automation Tester
Responsibilities:
• Performed functional testing on various networking devices (switches, routers) ensuring correct behavior under normal and error scenarios.
• Validated key device functionalities, including order placement capabilities for customers.
• Participated in regression testing and bug retesting to ensure system stability after changes.
• Collaborated with developers and product teams to ensure thorough understanding and cov-erage of test scenarios.
• Documented test cases and maintained traceability with requirements and bug reports.
