Project Description
I am looking for an experienced developer to build a robust, high-performance Email Scraping & Lead Generation Tool. The goal is to extract business emails from companies in the Technology/Computer sector located in Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

Key Features Required:
Multi-Source Scraping: The tool must be able to pull data from:

Google Search & Google Maps (using keywords like "IT Services Berlin," "Software House Amsterdam," etc.).

Yellow Pages / Gelbe Seiten (Germany), Local.ch (Switzerland), and Telefoonboek.nl (Netherlands).

Company Websites: The ability to crawl a company's website found in search results to find "Contact" or "About Us" pages and extract valid email addresses.

Targeted Filtering:

Industry: Computers, IT, Technology, and Hardware.

Geography: Germany (DE), Switzerland (CH), and Netherlands (NL).

Data Fields to Extract:

Company Name

Website URL

Primary Email Address (Must have a validation check to avoid "dead" emails)

Phone Number (Optional but preferred)

LinkedIn Profile URL (Optional but preferred)

Export Functionality: Capability to export data into CSV or Excel format.

Anti-Blocking Measures: Use of rotating proxies or delays to ensure the scraper isn't blocked by Google or directories.

Technical Requirements:
Preference for Python (Selenium, Scrapy, or BeautifulSoup) or a dedicated desktop application.

User-friendly interface (even a simple CLI is fine, but a GUI is a plus).

Fast processing speed with the ability to handle bulk keyword lists.
