QA Engineer/Tester for Agentic AI Products (Fast-Paced, Independent Role)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We ship new features every few days, so quality must keep pace. The task is to own end-to-end testing - both manual and automated; from designing cases right through to signing off each release.
Manual coverage is expected on functional flows, user-experience quirks and full regression sweeps. At the same time, a lightweight Selenium suite should be expanded (or created if gaps exist) so that smoke tests run automatically inside our CI pipeline.

We're seeking a sharp, self-starting QA pro who thrives in dense environments, finds bugs lightning-fast, and delivers fixes without handholding. Weekly releases demand speed: hit 90% critical path coverage in 21 days, regressions under 10 minutes, and bug-free ships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design/execute test plans: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, usability for AI behaviors/decision chains.
- Validate multi-step flows, logic gaps, guardrails, edge cases, cascading failures.
- Build synthetic scripts for UI, APIs, E2E flows; test web/mobile/integrations.
- Maintain dashboards for coverage, failures, KPIs; partner with Prod/Design/Eng on requirements/go-no-go.
- Optimize tests: fix flakiness, parallel runs, reduce time; monitor pre/post-release quality to refine AI evals.
